Jammu Kashmir : Clashes, blood and strike

Heaven on earth KASHMIR is again colored with blood. Sporadic incidents of clashes between stone-pelting mobs and security forces were reported from a number of places in Kashmir today. Even as curfew-like restrictions continued for the second day and mobile internet services were suspended in some areas in view of tension. Number of policeman and two civilians were injured in violence and clashes in different parts of the Valley. Once question arises everywhere. Is this year also tourist season will go down. This all happens after tension prevailed on death of four civilians in clashes with security forces. First lady Chief Minister of Jammu Kashmir's Mehbooba Mufti held a meeting with top police and intelligence officials of the state here to review the situation and directed that no harm should come to civilians while dealing with law and order issues. A Constable Bilal Ahmad was injured after being hit in the face by a stone hurled by protesters in Magam (Handwara town). Constable face was full of blood and colleagues of Constable were trying to take out him from violent protesters. The cop was shifted to a hospital for treatment. A civilian was also injured earlier at the same place when he was hit by a teargas shell in the left leg. According to inteligence, the situation may be created by terrorist groups, who are fails from long time. The same position is in Kupwara,  Kralgund, Handwara, Magam and Langate areas in north Kashmir. Stone pelting is continue going. Number of vehicles broken, curfew-like restrictions continued for the second day in six police stations of Srinagar city. Tourist are living in there hotels and houseboats.
