Jammu Kashmir : cleanness campaign a Drama?

Now days number of different organisations and Government department are giving message of cleanness around your house and offices. but all this looks like a drama. Government staff taking part in this Campaign. Clicks there pictures. showing themselves that they are taking active part in Cleanness, but all this for only show. After taking part in this campaign for a while, and even they do not keep there offices or work place clean. Some staff of health department took part in this drive, as there health minister was also came to take part in that campaign. After going minister back, all are same again. To whom they are making fool.
